One Christmas, Tina and Lizzy (mum and daughter) both received a shampoo bar. Thinking this plastic free alternative was absolutely revolutionary, Tina and Lizzy decided to make one themselves. Tina, a retired GP was interested in both the gut and skin microbiome and wanted to add some postbiotics into the bar. Fast forward several years and the first UK bar with postbiotics was born.
