Buy Women Built proudly partners with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme, delivered in conjunction with the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School. Through this collaboration, more female-founded brands have been introduced to the opportunity and encouraged to apply. In 2024, the programme achieved an even split between women and men for the first time, giving more of our community access to high-quality training and meaningful paths for growth. Over 90 of our founders have now completed the programme and act as ambassadors within the Buy Women Built network demonstrating the impact it delivers, from commercial gains and increased employment to stronger mentorship networks and fresh innovation within their businesses.
