Bethany founded Cocos Organic through her work as a nutritionist in her London clinic, where she struggled to find a coconut yog she truly believed in, one that supported gut health as well as traditional dairy, without compromising on ingredients. Frustrated by products filled with starches, additives, and unnecessary fillers, she set out to create something better.
