Esther Roche is a mum of five who founded her inclusive skincare brand having struggled to find products that worked on her diverse families skin. This, along with the fact that she grew up witnessing others bleaching their skin due to the perception that having lighter skin meant beauty and offered one social acceptance, inspired her to start Deroiste Natural Beauty. She wants to empower others to embrace the skin they are in without compromising their skin health due to societal pressure.
