Nicola founded Elansu after years of pretending sports bras were “good enough” for a fuller bust. Layering two bras for netball, constantly adjusting and counting down the minutes, she began to question why playing sport had to feel this uncomfortable. Determined to find a better way, frustration turned into sketches, late-night prototypes and relentless trial and error. Elansu grew from that refusal to sit on the bench - creating performance-led support designed so women can move with confidence, not compromise.
