Julia grew up at a time when football wasn’t for girls. After a career in retail and e-commerce, and years spent coaching and managing women’s sport, she realised how little kit was actually made for women. Eleven as One grew from that realisation a way to combine her love of sport with her belief in equality, and to create football gear that truly fits the women who play.
