Gabrielle is an illustrator and modern calligrapher who was taught by Quentin Blake. Having spent several years producing on-trend designs, her work has become more thoughtful and bespoke. Gabrielle Solly Illustration was launched in September 2023 offering greeting cards, keepsake cards (hand painted printed cards), stationery, original art and commissioned pieces. Gabrielle creates her work by hand with dip pens, inks, watercolours, crayons, gold and silver metallic paints. Some art pieces are finished with pure gold leaf. Her work aims to celebrate love, friendship, special occasions and gentle thoughts.
