After her nan's passing, Yolanda started meditating and cooking her recipes to cope with the immense pain from her loss. Through this, she felt deeply connected to the Earth and inspired to create Gaia Pulses — named after the heartbeat of the planet. Rooted in her Greek heritage and matriarchal lineage, the brand celebrates pulses as nourishing, sustainable ingredients that have been central to Mediterranean cooking for generations. Yolanda cooks each small batch with intention, using traditional preservation methods passed down from her nan to create soulful, plant-based meals made without chemicals.
