After getting seriously ill with an autoimmune disease, Andrea starting paying closer attention to the ingredients in her food and realised how difficult it was to find simple, wholesome baked goods, which she was desperately craving. Her mum, a brilliant baker, got to work – she started experimenting with her original recipes and was able to recreate them using only healthy ingredients. Andrea, still too busy to bake from scratch, realised how many other people could benefit from these creations and so Good Mess was born: delicious and healthy home made goods with none of the fuss.
