Carla kept hearing that T-shirt fabric is so much kinder to our hair than Terry towels, which cause friction, resulting in damage and frizz. She tested out this theory for herself and found that it was brilliant, but soon realised she couldn't find what she wanted to buy, a hair towel made from T-shirt fabric. She approached a manufacturer, and soon Good Wash Day was born, bringing ethical organic jersey cotton hair towels to the world.
