Friends Vasilisa, Malika, and Daria we're reminiscing one day about food from their Eastern European childhoods when the three of them had a realisation. No one in the UK seemed to eat much buckwheat a wholesome grain and childhood favourite. They decided to band together and share the health benefits of buckwheat with people in the UK, fostering a culture of we'll-being around the supergrain. They began building a wellness brand, Grechka, offering a diverse product line of buckwheat-based products including a selection of delicious buckwheat teas.
