After retiring as a consultant psychiatrist at 59, Rosie was inspired to apply her curiosity and expertise to sustainability. She began creating eco-friendly things for her home, transforming waste coffee grounds into innovative, sustainable products. Seeing how great her inventions were, she decided to share them with others and soon  Grounds For Good was born. Rosie's circular-economy brand generates green energy for Wales and drives pioneering research & development projects with a portion of profits supporting a national charity for young homeless individuals, reflecting Rosie’s commitment to impact, innovation, and sustainability.
