Suzanne created Halo Health & Wellness after years of struggling with symptoms she didn’t realise were linked to perimenopause. Through her early 40s, she experienced night sweats, exhaustion and a feeling of being disconnected from her own wellbeing, and found it difficult to access simple, honest support. What began with BOOST, a pre-workout product originally created for men, soon revealed a much wider need. Women were buying it too, not just for the gym but to help them feel more focused at work and in everyday life. That insight inspired Suzanne to create MENO ANGEL, a product developed specifically to support women through this stage of life. Her latest launch, ELEVATE Hydration + Creatine, continues that same purpose: practical wellness products designed to help women feel supported, energised and more like themselves.
