Sisters Sharon and Lauretta Gavin’s journey into health and wellbeing began when Sharon’s experience with a serious autoimmune disease changed how they both thought about food, health and feeling good. This led them to create The Detox Barn, where years of research, experimentation and working with retreat guests shaped their approach. As single mums and a comedy duo, they wanted to bring what they had learned into everyday life, creating Health Craic, a range of simple, genuinely useful products that make feeling better a little less serious, with honesty, humour and plenty of craic.
