While working as a therapist, Lili realised that she wanted her clients to continue their work between sessions as she knew it was the small things we do, every single day, which makes the biggest difference to our wellbeing. She had the brilliant idea to create a pack of cards filled with therapy tools and techniques that she could give to her clients to take home. Thus, Mind Cards we're born! Since moving full time to the business in 2021, she hired her husband and together they have built a brand, LSW London, to include journals, numerous editions of Mind Cards as well as luxury stationery.
