Pelumi got the idea for Lumi after driving her tiny purple car solo from London to Lagos. Along the way, the car became a symbol of courage: proof that being small doesn’t stop you from doing mighty things. She transformed it into Lumi, a children’s character created to help young children face new experiences with bravery and curiosity. What began as one extraordinary journey is now becoming a world of books, toys and stories.
