Through years of working with the body through trauma, addiction and loss (her own), Natalia tried everything and found that nothing touched what was held deepest. So she trained, researched and eventually created her own scientifically validated method. The Luv Yourself Space, a studio in East London, came next, and the gift store followed naturally. Every product in it is something Natalia actually uses: the cork mat she sweats on, the palo santo she burns before sessions, and the crystals she travels with. This space was built not from a business plan, but from survival, and everything in it was chosen the same way.
