Growing up, Janes mother was known for creating delicious, restaurant-quality meals and desserts using only a handful of simple ingredients. Jane learned that the best-tasting food is crafted through shared moments of making and eating with loved ones. Later in life, when Jane experienced temporary dairy intolerance, she felt fed up with feeling disconnected during meals and so she went back to some of her mothers original dessert recipes to find a way to bring luxury desserts to the free-from market. She created her first free-from vegan ice cream, and Mama Dulce was born.
