Janice and Wing  grew up in Hong Kong and later moved to the UK, where they missed the everyday herbal drinks and soups they’d grown up with. Wellness back home had been about balance; here it felt about pushing, then fixing the crash. Whilst at a Christmas party, they decided to try building something more culturally honest. Early ideas fell apart, directions changed, but that first conversation quietly became a business; Matter Wellness.
