After suffering a serious asthma attack brought on by a chest infection, Nicky returned home from hospital determined to support her immune system. This led to the creation of Fire Cider, a health vinegar made with antioxidant rich, whole, organic ingredients, unaltered by nature. Today, Nicky has created six unique infusions. She develops the products and creates the graphics, while her husband takes care of the marketing. Together, they run Sour Power Vinegar, and have just launched NO Grief Aperitif, an alcohol free aperitif.
