Inspired following a holiday to Sri Lanka where she had the most amazing jams, Nicola started Single Variety Co in 2016.  Always with an aim of making the very best tasting preserves, each jar showcases one single variety.  From her kitchen table, now ten years later she has her very own jam factory in Bristol, and sells premium preserves all over the world.
