For over a decade, Mahira struggled with health issues. Determined to change things, she analysed her life and went deep into research. She was shocked to learn how toxic chemicals in our everyday personal care and cleaning routines lead to a buildup of microplastics in our bodies and affect both male and female infertility. To combat this, she decided to make her own cleaning products using only safe ingredients. Bringing these products to the market with a refill model and unique formulations made to look after both our families and the planets health, Spruce was born.
