Anouska, the founder of The Cornish Surfer, grew up in a small fishing village on the south coast of Cornwall. So, when life took her away from her roots, she snatched every opportunity she could to come back home to the ocean to ride the surf and to breathe in the salty air. The idea behind The Cornish Surfer was first hatched when she and her partner were living and working in London and longed for the feeling of home. As a solution, Anouska created The Cornish Surfer homeware brand to recreate the atmosphere they missed whilst away. Now anyone who shares their love of the ocean and Cornwall can take a little piece of coastal comfort back home with them.
