Florence founded The Pickle House after falling in love with the idea of drinking pickle juice whilst on a trip to New York. Back home she started making bottles of pickle juice in her flat in Hackney and selling them to bars in the area quickly realising how delicious it is as an addition to a Bloody Mary. She now produces a seriously good, multi-award winning, Pickle Juice, Tomato Juice, Spiced Tomato Mix and Bloody Mary on her grandparents’ farm in Suffolk.
