In the twelve years after running a cupcake market stall, Seifa developed a passion for experimenting with spice in baking and creating innovative flavour combinations. Her food intolerances led to testing with a range of organic and natural ingredients. Then in 2024, Seifa founded The Spicy Muffin Bar, the UK’s first exclusive makers of spiced cakes and producers of delicious herb infused alcohol-free cocktails. She won a Great Taste Award for her first entry and is on a journey to open the first fully stocked 0% bar lounge and event space.
