Alex’s journey begun in 2017 during a trip to Bali where she discovered the delicious taste and nutritional benefits of tempeh, with higher protein and firmer texture than tofu. Inspired by this revelation, with her husband Ross, they founded Tiba Tempeh, using only natural ingredients and naming the “Tiba”, meaning “arrive” in Indonesian.
