Founders Faye and Alis mission was to create an alternative alcohol-free beer with a distinctive taste that promotes health and wellness while introducing the unique benefits of Saffron to a discerning audience. They used combined experience in the drinks industry, especially in non-alcoholic beer to incorporate Saffron, the Rolls Royce of better-for-you spices as they couldn't help thinking that this elegant, beneficial spice wasn't truly fulfilling it's potential. They wondered how they could take this aromatic spice to a wider appreciative audience, and so Ticket was born.
