As a child growing up in Denmark, one of Malene's favourite moments was opening the seasonal decoration boxes stored away since the previous year. Today, it is still the same Christmas baubles, flags and paper drums that her father used to decorate the tree with. Frustrated by the throwaway culture surrounding seasonal décor, she started We Love Seasons. Malene designs and curates products that are made to be reused year after year and become part of family traditions, rather than being replaced each season.
