Annie founded Baboo Gelato after moving to the rolling hills of Dorset and finding herself surrounded by an overflowing market garden full of ripe fruit. Trained at Gelato University in Bologna, she set out to put the heart and soul back into ice cream making, combining traditional Italian techniques with her own love of flavour and quality ingredients. Baboo Gelato creates colourful, seriously good gelato designed to recapture the childhood magic of choosing something delicious, joyful and full of flavour.
