As a child, Natasha Bowes was a successful International Figure Skater so knew first-hand the importance of good nutrition. After the birth of her daughter, she was dismayed by the poor nutritional quality of the food she found in supermarkets – remembering the benefits of Kefir from her childhood, she resolved to launch a Kefir brand in the UK. Biotiful Gut Health was the result – the first Kefir brand in the UK, and still the #1 brand in the Kefir category.
