Charlotte and her husband Luke bought a mobile cafe in 2019 they had no way of knowing what was coming around the corner, the Pandemic.  When lockdown started, they decided to close the hatch of their beloved cafe until Charlotte got the idea for using it to make brownie deliveries across the UK. She took control of the sales and marketing side, while her husband did the baking and looked after their young children. Brownie and the Bean Bakery was born and has since developed various other revenue streams including events, music festivals, corporate gifting and more.
