Zoe founded ButterNut of London in 2016 with the dream of bringing a fresh and luxurious approach to the world of peanut butter and nut-based snacks. As a daughter of science and art, Zoe was fascinated by flavour and a devotee to beautiful design. For her food is so much more than sustenance; it’s creativity, pleasure, culture, tradition, therapy, and unity. Zoe dreamt up each nut butter in her kitchen and honed it until it was the most delicious it can be. Using only the finest sustainably sourced ingredients, her nutty feasts are a mix of healthy, indulgent and luxurious.
