Spotting a gap in the market during the gin boom, Katherine and her husband wanted to bring the same craftsmanship and creativity to rum. Their vision strengthened when the family barn burned down, inspiring them to turn adversity into opportunity. They launched the aptly named Burning Barn Rum, offering rum crafted, blended, and bottled by hand on-site.
