With wine as her passion and a big part of her down time, Alli started her career in the wine business but gradually a few nagging feelings surfaced. Alcohol had become too much of a crutch and it wasn’t helping her make the best of her life. She decided to stop drinking, but struggled with keeping a more sober lifestyle as the non-alcoholic alternatives were lacking in variety and exciting new flavours. Alli decided to take matters into her own hands and created Drinks Kitchen Non-Alcoholic Aperitif which offers four unique flavours of non-alcoholic ‘spirit’ best enjoyed with a mixer.
