Having run a catering business for over 20 years, Sally received incredible feedback for her homemade ice cream. Inspired by this, she decided to move away from full time catering and concentrate on developing Simply Ice Cream into a successful, premium brand. She makes her ice-cream the old-fashioned way, by hand and in small batches using natural, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
