After 25 years in financial services, often running on empty and reaching for whatever was quick, Vanessa realised how difficult it was to find snacks that were both nourishing and genuinely satisfying. Frustrated by the lack of options, she created Manna: a way to reconnect with natural ingredients and offer snacks that feel good in every sense. Her mission is to help others eat more consciously, especially as we navigate changing bodies, busy lives and the path to healthy ageing.
