Cecilia started Cecii after years of struggling with her own gut, mood and energy, and feeling that most gut health products were either too clinical or difficult to enjoy daily. As a trained chef and former banker, she began experimenting with fermentation in her kitchen, determined to create something both science-backed and delicious. What started as her own healing journey became Cecii: a daily habit of gut love she wanted to share with others.
