Inspired by traditional Gujarati cooking and love of world cuisine, Pritie started Chamilli as a passion project. She took the humble samosa and gave it a bold twist, with flavours like jerk chicken, black dhal, spinach, edamame and apple crumble and lots of new ones to come.
