When Hannah had her baby, she struggled with getting back to sleep after waking up for nighttime feeds. As a nutritional therapist, Hannah knew that magnesium had some specific qualities that can aid sleep, so she tried taking some, and it worked a treat. She soon learned more about magnesiums health benefits in reducing anxiety, blood sugar issues, heart problems, and skin issues. Also she learnt that magnesium can benefit anyone with a neurodiversity condition, any runners, anyone who exercises, pregnant women, peri- and menopausal women, and, we'll, the list goes on. Hannah and her friend Claire, a graphic designer, decided to launch a brand of magnesium products with a mission to inform everyone else how incredibly important magnesium is.
