Charlie was born from a love of bread making. Tara’s search for the perfect oven led her to charcoal ovens used in professional kitchens. She bought one, fell in love with the way it cooked, and turned that passion into a business. Now, along with co-founder Neil, she wants to change the way people cook outdoors. Charlie is the oven that does it all, an all-in-one charcoal oven, BBQ, pizza oven, smoker, and grill.
