Alexa founded Chili Maven to bring authentic Mexican flavours to the UK. After experimenting with various flavour combinations, she launched the UK’s first salsa macha. While salsa macha is a staple in Mexico, it’s a new concept to many Brits. Best described as a chilli condiment—yet so much more in its complex layers of flavour it offers the true taste of Mexico. The chillies are grown, picked, and prepared in Mexico, using traditional artisan techniques, before being blended to perfection.
