During lockdown Eyan enjoyed recreating the Taiwanese recipes she grew up with. What began as a way to reconnect with home soon turned into a small-batch side project, with her crispy chilli oil and handmade noodles quickly becoming favourites among friends and family. As demand grew, Eyan left her corporate career to focus fully on Chilli Chan’s, bringing delicious Taiwanese recipes to the UK.
