Leonora didn't set out to build a brand. She set out to craft a kimchi she'd actually crave. Nothing on the market was good enough. Too fizzy. Not crunchy enough. The kind that convinces people they simply don't like kimchi - when really, they just hadn't had the right jar. So she made it herself. Then she couldn't stop. Tangy Affairs was born in a tiny North London kitchen, out of stubbornness and an unreasonable amount of tang.
