Husband-and-wife team Shaun and Rebecca Young founded The Estate Dairy in 2016, blending his background in coffee with her family’s dairy farming roots. Spotting a gap in the market for high-quality, responsibly sourced milk, they set out to do for milk what Fever-Tree did for tonics. They now produce high-quality, artisanal dairy products from small, local family farms.
