Natasha discovered a passion for creating handmade jewellery whilst working as a tattoo apprentice in London. Inspired by the magic of gemstones, she began sourcing crystals from local markets and jewellery-making supplies from Etsy, assembling bespoke creations from a jeweller’s bench in her bedroom. She developed her skills at BAJ in Hatton Garden and gained valuable experience as a jewellery production assistant at Vivienne Westwood. With piercings as part of her identity from a young age, she struggled to find earrings that were both pretty and durable, so naturally her two passions aligned and Crystal Heaven was born.
