After her young son completed a clinically led programme to reverse his peanut allergy, the final hurdle was simple - he didn’t want to eat peanuts. Determined to make them more familiar, fun and delicious, Abby began developing her own recipes. What started at home evolved into Earthnutz: Peanut Protein Crisps and Virgin Peanut Oil, crafted in a zero-waste production unit in the British countryside, turning a family challenge into a purpose-led food brand.
