After 15 years in banking, Tugba moved to Brighton with her family and found herself looking for something different. She started experimenting in her kitchen, trying to make a sweet spread from chickpeas that was simple, natural and genuinely delicious. Friends and family kept asking for more, so, with the help of her co-founder Taylan, what began as a small kitchen experiment slowly became Foodwick.
