Lisa founded Freyja Fit because she believes women deserve gym equipment designed with them in mind. Too often, strength training spaces feel intimidating, with equipment built around a male-focused aesthetic. Lisa wanted to change that. Since 2024, we've been creating premium pastel and pink gym equipment that combines high performance with beautiful design, making lifting feel more welcoming, inspiring and empowering for women at every stage of life.
