When Rebecca was struggling to find something healthy for her family to eat at breakfast time, she wondered why is there no nutritional goodness in jam when the primary ingredient is fruit? She realised that if she changed both the traditional recipe and method, then all the goodness of fresh, organic, Mediterranean fruit could be captured in a jar. She got experimenting at her kitchen table and Frutteto Italia was soon born.
