While working for a beauty company, Tracy saw an opportunity to create luxury products that we're both aspirational and affordable. From her kitchen table, she launched Grace Cole, followed by three more brands:  Boutique, The Luxury Bathing Company, and more recently The Retreat. Now under Cole Beauty, these brands offer affordable, mood-enhancing bath, body, and home experiences in over 50 countries, partnering with local suppliers for quality and sustainability.
